I've always had problems saying no. It used to get me into all sorts of trouble. 10 appointments at one time, 15 places at one time and 32 odds and ends of memos, notes, reports and letters all due at once. And everyone complained that they could never find me.

Nobody understood.


Now I do say no and people are so surprised when I say no, they don't argue.

This includes the kids and my wife.
