Police in Oak Ridge are trying to determine the owner of a statue of a 7-foot-tall fiberglass penguin.
Patrol officers found the statue in some woods Thursday morning.
The penguin is wearing a blue police-style hat and suit and bears an emblem for the New York City Police Department on one flipper. The penguin appears to be holding a radiation detector with one flipper.
According to The Knoxville News Sentinel, it's believed to have been stolen from a local radiation company.
