It's going to be a super windy, rainy weekend here, so mostly keeping indoors to stay warm and dry. Will however head to a nearby stream to watch a coho salmon spawning run for a while. I always find it interesting.

Ih no... they took "trash the rental" seiously..... people suck. It is no wonder landlords need ginormous security deposits. Can you take them to court?

Finding out what insurance recommends Monday. Probably at least small claims it is disgusting how they left the house. I’m physically sick to my stomach. The amount of damage may exceed the asking price of the house. I can barely think about it right now.

They are very well made cars. I have been buying them used since 2000. They have been very good to me. I expect a new one will need very little maintenance in the first five years. That said, oil change regularly, cheap insurance.

Hi everyone! 50-something woman, and new to this thread. You all look like a pretty tight-knit bunch, so I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm not new to Lit, but I haven't been on in a while. I live in Delaware, USA, and celebrated today's gorgeous weather by heading out with my camera to get some foliage pictures. Hoping everyone saw or experienced something cool/wonderful/interesting today - or is about to do so this evening!
