Before climbing on tub decks et al, check those window glasses to make certain that the glass is tempered. Your house is likely new enough so that they are. The windows will have that little seal in one corner like the safety glass in your cars does. It they are NOT safety glass, you keep your girlie ass off the tub deck and get Insured Professional Goofs to do it. Reason why: I knew a guy once - built his house according to codes of the time - and he fell on the tub deck and stuck a hand through the window, doing permanent nerve damage and losing use of a couple of fingers. I agree. I like the first pic best too. It doesn’t get in the way of the view and makes the focus dually on it: but you can also look out the window unobstructed.
