We asked the FBI to give us the records of 90 domestic terrorism arrests — then things got kind of weird

Bill Barr's FBI has a confuze!

On July 23, FBI Director Christopher Wray told the Senate Judiciary Committee that federal investigations of domestic terrorism had led to some 100 arrests in the last nine months. While the FBI quickly announced that the number was 90, not 100, the basic message appeared unchanged: The FBI was actively investigating and prosecuting domestic terrorists.

Yet when asked to define these arrests that the FBI made to Keep 'merica safe, they were unable, or unwilling to do so???????

Makes one think that the FBI was engaged in propaganda to fluff their image, but since they refuse to document their allegations, they confirm their own incompetence! The house that Hoover built has sunk to Trumpian bullshittery!:(

Scaramucci: These are the 2020 candidates Trump should fear the most — and it’s not who you think

During the “Overtime” segment of HBO’s “Real Time,” former White House official Anthony Scaramucci was put on the spot by host Bill Maher to name the Democratic candidate that Donald Trump “fears the most.”

Scaramucci, who briefly served as the White House Director of Communications, said that Trump would definitely have a problem with a nominee who stood in stark contrast to himself.

“I would be going younger with someone like Senator [Kamala] Harris (D-CA) or Mayor Pete Buttigieg,” he immediately replied.

That leaves out the top three!

‘Gold over life, literally’: How Trump forced reversal on mining project EPA Scientists warn could destroy ecosystem

“This is one of the world’s most beautiful places, with a thriving salmon run, and now we’ll get some…gold.”

“Gold over life, literally.”

“If that mine gets put in, it would … completely devastate our region. It would not only kill our resources, but it would kill us culturally.” —Gayla Hoseth, Curyung Tribal Council/Bristol Bay Native AssociationThat was the succinct and critical reaction of Canadian author and activist Naomi Klein to reporting on Friday that President Donald Trump had personally intervened—after a meeting with Alaska’s Republican Governor Mike Dunleavy on Air Force One in June—to withdraw the Environmental Protection Agency’s opposition to a gold mining project in the state that the federal government’s own scientists have acknowledged would destroy native fisheries and undermine the state’s fragile ecosystems.

Trumpski don't care about indigenous people, just corporate people!

Scaramucci brutally busts Trump after president spent Saturday night attacking him

Former White House Communications head Anthony Scaramucci appears to have finally had it with Donald Trump after the president launched a brutal attack on him over his appearance on HBO’s “Real Time.”

Late Saturday night Trump slammed the man known as the Mooch, tweeting, “Anthony Scaramucci, who was quickly terminated (11 days) from a position that he was totally incapable of handling, now seems to do nothing but television as the all time expert on “President Trump.” Like many other so-called television experts, he knows very little about me … other than the fact that this Administration has probably done more than any other Administration in its first 2 1/2 years of existence. Anthony, who would do anything to come back in, should remember the only reason he is on TV, and it’s not for being the Mooch!”

Returning fire on Sunday Morning, Scaramucci wrote that inevitably Trump will turn on everyone — even the U.S.

“For the last 3 years I have fully supported this President. Recently he has said things that divide the country in a way that is unacceptable. So I didn’t pass the 100% litmus test. Eventually he turns on everyone and soon it will be you and then the entire country,” he wrote.

Not if Nancy get's her shit together!:)

Keep calling him #MoscowMitch: McConnell is finally running scared

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell doesn’t like it when you call him #MoscowMitch. He hates it so much that he’ll accuse you of being a McCarthyist for doing so. If the accusation was untrue — that is, if McConnell, President Donald Trump and other Republicans weren’t empowering Russia at the expense of America for their personal benefit — then #MoscowMitch and talk of collusion in Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign would be unfair, even unjust. As the facts currently stand, however, it is a perfectly fair label.

#MoscowMitch

#MoscowMitch

#Putins little bitch!

It’s not just women — Trump is losing another key demographic that could kill his 2020 hopes

Much ink has been spilled about the decline of the Republican Party’s support among women. The GOP lost the female vote in the 2018 midterm elections by 19 points, and President Donald Trump all but certain to lose that demographic once again in the 2020 presidential election.

But according to the Wall Street Journal, women are not the only major voting bloc that Trump has to worry about. He is also slipping among senior citizens.

Keep Tweeting Twittlier and even Rednecks will drop your ass!:D

Scaramucci turns on Trump — saying GOP might need a new candidate for 2020[/SIZE][/B]

An Axios interview Scaramucci said that Trump was akin to a melting nuclear reactor and he confessed that he might be willing to support the right Republican challenger against the president.

“We are now in the early episodes of ‘Chernobyl’ on HBO, where the reactor is melting down, and the apparatchiks are trying to figure out whether to cover it up or start the clean-up process,” Scaramucci told Axios. “A couple more weeks like this and ‘country over party’ is going to require the Republicans to replace the top of the ticket in 2020.”

Trumpski's knee jerk reaction to the Mooch's comment turns uglier!:)

Leaked draft of Trump Executive Order to ‘censor the Internet’ denounced as dangerous and unconstitutional

“In practice, this executive order would mean that whichever political party is in power could dictate what speech is allowed on the Internet.”

Civil liberties groups are warning of a major threat to online freedoms and First Amendment rights if a leaked draft of a Trump administration edict—dubbed by critics as a “Censor the Internet” executive order that would give powerful federal agencies far-reaching powers to pick and choose which kind of Internet material is and is not acceptable—is allowed to go into effect.

“If these reports are a trial balloon from the White House, then it’s time to pop it.”

Panicked Trump retweets claim farmers love him and Democrats are to blame for auto industry job losses

Nope, Donnie it's YOU!

Donald Trump’s week from hell

In the Great Trump Debate, there are fine people on both sides: those who say he’s an evil genius pursuing a diabolical master plan and those who say he’s evil, but too impaired, too compulsive and too impulsive for any strategy needing forethought or self-discipline. The truth may lie in between, but last week was a big week for Team Impairment, and a terrible one for Trump.

AND!

He's losing head to head with everyone but Mayor Pete!

Recession warning signs are ‘flashing bright red’ — and Trump could make it worse: Moody’s economist

On Monday, Moody’s chief economist Mark Zandi told CNN’s Erin Burnett that he is gravely worried about the risk of recession amid ongoing trade fears, massive deficit spending, and uncertainty.

“You know, look, Mark nearly a trillion dollars in the red, Trump has added trillions of dollars overall in debt, so we’re now at a record level of borrowing, well over $20 trillion,” said Burnett. “Are all signs flashing warning or not?

“Yeah, for me they’re flashing bright red,” said Zandi. “Given the massive tax cuts that the president put in place last year, and given the large increases in government spending that policymakers agreed to just a few weeks ago, this trillion-dollar deficit that we’re going to get this year, it’s on track for a trillion dollars this fiscal year, is as small as it is going to be for many, many years to come.”

Risk of a Rethuglican Recession is higher now than in GW's last term. Trumpski is trying to hold it off until after the 2020 election, if he wins, he don't care, if he loses, they will blame it on feckless Democratic spending!

Revenue is down and Trumpski's trade war is failing! Plus, even if the trade war eases, we have lost so many markets to the competition that it will not go back to 'normal'! The resulting surplus of commodities will drive down prices and ruin the business for everyone, including US!

If Rethug's were to end the tax cuts and close corporate loopholes, to increase revenue we will still be trapped in servicing the existing debt for decades. How will we ever get our "Free Stuff"?

‘Casually tweeting out national secrets’: Internet stunned as Trump tweets about previously unknown US nukes

In an apparent attempt to “one-up” and embarrass Russia many are wondering if President Donald Trump just tweeted out U.S. national nuclear secrets. Seven people died last week during a “failed test of Russia’s SSC-X-9 Skyfall, a nuclear-powered cruise missile still in development,” as Vox reported. One expert called it a flying nuclear reactor.

President Trump, who has been tweeting up a storm ever since he kicked off his 10-day August vacation at his golf course in Bedminster, NJ, apparently decided late Monday afternoon was a good time to respond – not with condolences for the lives lost, but by gloating.

“The United States is learning much from the failed missile explosion in Russia,” Trump tweeted, needlessly. “We have similar, though more advanced, technology. The Russian ‘Skyfall’ explosion has people worried about the air around the facility, and far beyond. Not good!”

Trumpski tweets out secrets, or is he just bullshitting again? Or is he telling Putin things he found out about things he's not supposed to talk about?

Treason or bullshit, or Treasonous Bullshit? Yeah that's probably it.

Morning Joe’s Eugene Robinson pins death of Epstein on the ‘rot’ at the heart of the Trump administration

Swamp Rot!!!!!!

Concluding a panel discussion on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe,” regular contributor Eugene Robinson said the laxness and understaffing at the federal jail where convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein was being held until he reportedly committed suicide is an example of the “rot” at the heart of Donald Trump’s administration.

Speaking with host Joe Scarborough, the Washington Post columnist decried incompetence down the line.

“We ought to reflect on the fact that Jeffrey Epstein was, at the time of his death in the custody of Donald Trump and [Attoirney General] William Barr,” he explained. “He was in federal custody and so it really is their ultimate responsibility and their ultimate failure.”

“One thing this reminds me is that this is an administration that down the line just can’t be bothered to fully staff the federal bureaucracy with competent people who can identify problems like those that we’re starting to learn about at the Metropolitan Corrections Center and do something about it,” he continued. “And that didn’t happen here.”

“I believe there’s an acting director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons and I believe there’s no number two,” he added. ” It’s just — you know, — it’s a tragic example of the kind of rot we are seeing in a lot of places in the government.”

Incompetence is not just a Rethuglican problem, is it Nancy? Feckless, just fucking feckless!

Trump is driving us toward a big recession: It will be ghastly — but is it deliberate?

Worst of all, Trump has clumsily staggered beyond the ludicrous economic policies of the Bush years to further destabilize financial markets, including your 401k accounts and the future security of your employment. Specifically, the president’s trade war of choice against China has turned a steadily rising Dow Jones average, through 2017, into an unstable sawtooth pattern with massive single-day declines that are now tempting a full-on 2008-style collapse.

But Congress will get their 100% pensions just the same!:D

Scaramucci doubles down: ‘I no longer support Trump’s reelection’

“I no longer support Trump’s re-election” said Scaramucci clearly, in response to anchor John Berman’s questioning.

“I think you have to consider a change at the top of the ticket when someone is acting like this,” said Scaramucci, adding that, “the racially charged comments, the divisive tweeting, the nonsense coming from the president is not helping the country.”

How long before the Rethug's dump Trumpski too? He's contaminating Rethug's reputations and driving the deficit over a Trillion! Even if the change the top of the ticket, who will get the nod, Pence? JEB? :D

The person responsible for creating the annual Federal budget has just told us, “it's probably costing me from $3 to $5 billion for the privilege of being — and I couldn't care less — I don't care. You know if you're wealthy, it doesn't matter.”

Major new recession warning sign sends market futures tumbling downward

The financial world was hit on Wednesday with a major new red flag about a potential recession that sent stock market futures tumbling downward.

As Bloomberg reports, the yield on the ten-year U.S. Treasury bond has dropped below the yield of the two-year U.S. Treasury bond for the first time since 2007, which many market observers say is a leading indicator of a coming recession.

As for what this means for the U.S. economy as a whole, Bloomberg analyst Joe Wiesenthal writes “the last three times this happened, U.S. recessions soon followed.”

Wall St flinches, how long before Rethug's cut their losses?

Trump's approval rating is 43 percent, down from 46 percent in a Fox News poll last month, and 56 percent of voters now disapprove of his job performance, just shy of his record disapproval rating of 57 percent recorded in October 2017. "Record numbers of men (53 percent), white men (46 percent), and independents (64 percent) disapprove," Fox News notes. Fifty-nine percent of voters agree that Trump is "tearing the country apart," including 59 percent of independents, 53 percent of white voters, and 74 percent of non-white voters. A 51 percent majority disapproves of Trump's tweeting, while just 16 percent approve.

The poll was conducted Aug. 11-13 via phone by Beacon Research (D) and Shaw & Co. (R) among 1,013 registers voters nationwide. It has a margin of sampling error of ±3 percentage points for all registered voters. Peter Weber

But "in the wake of Trump's recent immigration crackdown, I've started to notice something that's got me really concerned: I think Donald Trump is trying to deport Melania," Noah said. Why would he do that? "I don't know, but things haven't exactly been perfect between them," he said, laying out his evidence. "And I know it sounds crazy — Donald Trump wants to deport his wife? But if you look at all of Trump's immigration policies, a lot of people think that he just hates immigrants, but when you put them all together, you start to notice a pattern: All of his policies seem to be aimed at his wife!"

Noah laid out a compelling case that Trump's signature policies would have hammered his wife, and if you're not convinced he wants to deport Melania, "how do you explain the new policy his administration announced this week, huh?" he asked. "That immigrants who receive assistance from the government may not be allowed to stay in the United States. Well, guess who lives in a free house provided by the United States? Melania [censored] Trump!"

Republicans ‘helped build Frankenstein and now he doesn’t listen!’

An MSNBC panel Wednesday noted that the Republican Party is squarely responsible for creating Frankenstein’s monster and now are unable to control him.

During Nicolle Wallace’s show, former Joe Biden chief of staff Ron Klein explained that Trump is messing up the situation in Hong Kong so badly.

“I don’t like to give credit to Republicans who helped build who now are like, ‘Uh-oh! Frankenstein doesn’t listen to me!'” Wallace said.

In that same Frankenstein, vein, she quoted former top Trump advisor Anthony Scaramucci, who said that Trump might need to be replaced on the GOP ticket in 2020. Tea Party member Joe Walsh also called for a primary challenger.

Trumpisim begins to disintegrate? We can hope.

Anthony Scaramucci escalated the ongoing feud he’s having with President Donald Trump to whole new levels during a CNN appearance Wednesday.

“But it’s demagoguery and, okay he is a proven demagogue and obviously going off the rails now,” Scaramucci continued. “He is a totally unstable, nervous wreck. Last night, sweating like a pig. Let’s just call it for what it is.”

Mooch treating Trump to his own medicine. :)

President attacks his own Fed chair in latest Twitter meltdown as #TrumpRecession hashtag gains steam

President Donald Trump unleashed a fresh attack on Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell as fears of a new recession hammered the U.S. stock market on Wednesday.

“THANK YOU to clueless Jay Powell and the Federal Reserve,” the president wrote on Twitter. “Germany, and many others, are playing the game! CRAZY INVERTED YIELD CURVE! We should easily be reaping big Rewards & Gains, but the Fed is holding us back. We will Win!”

TO paraphrase James Carvill, "It's the Economy, Dip Shit!":)

Trump allies start to panic — and admit ‘he can’t win’ if the economy tanks

Allies of President Donald Trump are starting to panic about bad economic signals that portend a possible recession in 2020 — and they’re admitting that such a recession would wipe out any shot the president has of winning reelection.

In interviews with Axios’ Jonathan Swan, current and former Trump officials expressed concern that the president is headed for a downward spiral if the economy starts heading downward.

“I’m very worried about the latest economic data,” one source described as “close to Trump” told Swan. “A lot of us are concerned. Without the narrative on the economy, he can’t win.”

Co-conspirators see now that Trump could take them all down, as he slips from "Savior of the White Race!" to fucking fuckup!!!

Dow suffers worst day of 2019 as recession fears hit US, European stocks
