It's too much trouble. It reaches down to the small of my back hen it's braided. Do you know how much I spend on shampoo and conditioner a week? a lot.
It just took me 1/2 an hour to comb out all the tangles and it's so long that when I'm done with one section another one gets all knoted again. And it's too damned fine. It goes.

Let me know when and where - I'll do the same. I've spent the last 3 years letting it grow longer - not quite middle of my back - and all of a sudden I can't stand it anymore! Time to get it chopped off - at least above the shoulders!

Short hair can be really sexy also. Go to a good stylist who can shape your hair to accent your features. Cut your hair and donate it to one of the charities that will give it to a wig manufacturer for people with cancer. I've seen this on the talk shows, but don't remember the name of the charity.

I fully understand how it is. My hair is thick and curly and until recently, it was past the middle of my back--I spent, at least, $20 dollars a week on shampoo and conditioner. Finally, I decided, hell with it, and got it chopped to just below my chin. Some times, a girl just needs a change . It will grow back anyway

You have my support to go short. After watching how much time my wife devoted to her long hair, I finally said go ahead and cut it. After all, it wasn't me having to do all the hassle. She is just as beautiful with her hair short. There is a lot to be said for wash-n-go. Think of all the extra time you'll have for "other activities"

Braided!! Wow! I'll bet that is sexy and beautiful to see. I'm gona take you off my buddies list if you get it cut to much!!!! Can't your man help you with shampooing and brushing? I love to help my wife with hers!
