First I would like to thank everyone here at Lit for the many things both good and bad you have taught me and that you have shared.

Apologies to Francisco and Catalina. Especially to Catalina.

------------

Sometimes being online is like trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. Sure, with enough stubbornness and a big enough hammer you can pound the peg in, but after a while you wonder what the point is? Then you just realize, hey stupid, a square peg doesn’t go in a round hole and that’s when you realize you not where you belong.

I am leaving online and going to focus on my RL. There is a local Munch group I am looking into. Perhaps if I find a good group, I will be able to invite my wife to join me as well.

So again, my thanks to those who took the time to get to know me and share a part of themselves with me. Apologies all around for any I inconvenienced with my presence here. I wish you all well.

Didn't get a chance to get you well...but your posts were always very interesting and intelligent and I'll really miss you..

Hope everything'll work out for you and just remember that lit will still exsist no matter what

Good luck:)

No apologies necessary RJ. As we both know, discussions often take a path that are not totally what we would like, nor are they always easy to communicate what is being said in a way intended, nor do they always see people always agreeing 100% with each other 100% of the time. As we have already told you, we would hope you would reconsider your decision to leave as you have become a part of this community as much as anyone else. If you do leave we wish you well in all you hope for your future, and you are sure to be missed..if you decide to stay, I am sure many will be pleased. If ever you wish to talk further you know where to find us.:)

I'll miss your posts. They have always been very interesting to read.

Best of luck.

Sorry to see you go Hommes... Have a good life. And good luck.

I did post to you in Richard's thread but I'll say it here too.....warm thoughts and best wishes :rose:

RJ,

You will be missed, but I can understand why you would feel this way.

BTW, send a private message to Laurel to do what you wish.

She is cool like that.

;)

Take care and best wishes,

MissT

I have no idea how I missed that entire thread. But that's neither here nor there.

Good luck in all you do, RJ.

No need for apologies, RJ. You made some good points, but we're just a bunch of cranky, surly and ill mannered folks. Well, some more than others.

I don't know why your going but i will miss you, I loed your AV's and posts.

Take care xxxx

Buena suerte, mi amigo. Cuidate mucho en su vida.

Well damn RJ, your conversion to rl is the most interesting thing to happen here for ages & now we won't get to hear about it. Good luck & hope it goes well for you.

What a shame....

I will miss your posts, RJ. Your ideas are fresh and often from a new perspective. I wish you the best and wish that you would reconsider. You just may be a voice for many.

Peace. :rose:

Edited: Oh (*&^%*&!! I meant for this to be a post and ended up starting a new thread. You'd think by now I'd know how to post on a message board!

I daresay - if RJ had heard more voices of this genre speak out instead of feeling constantly pummled by the negativity that can get so out of hand here, he might not have felt the need to leave.

I'm not sure how "new" his ideas were, but they were definitely different and, IMO, absolutely worth noting for further consideration - even if one didn't agree with what he said.

It seems those who seek - not to change opinions - but to enlighten and expand them have the most difficult time here.

*nods* While I didn't always agree with his posts, he did give me a lot to think about before I decided to agree or disagree.

There is just way too much going on in the bdsm community that is different for each person involved in it. Lots of people seem to think their way is the only way to do something. That leads to lots of disagreements instead of stimulating and educational discussions.

I am truely sorry to loose RJ's discussions. :(

As am I, and I'm crossing my fingers that he reconsiders, although, I will respect his decision if he wants to leave.

Hopefully I will see RJ posting again someday.

Sometimes, people just need a break. *Keeping fingers crossed*
