So I'm dealing with some minor drama at a very small forum that I moderate and I thought 'wow, if I had to deal with this regularly, I'd probably just totally lose it with someone'. Then I realized that on bigger forums this kind of drama is probably pretty regular, so I wanted to thank KC and Etoile for dealing with drama, not spreading it by starting ranting posts about it, and for keeping out the crap. You guys rock.

Well, they only have to enforce 12 simples rules (and ignore to enforce one rule completely), so there is a huge difference to other places, where Mods are supposed to deal with much more drama-inducing rules, like "no insults".

I do moderate another board where they are "family friendly" and that is indeed a lot of drama...but this place is where I do more work, the spammers just never quit!
