Yep, did about 2 miles on the treadmill and some abs, got a good sweat in. I have to work out in the morning or else I never get going and woken up

You are more motivated than I am. I do my working out in the dead of night. Helps me sleep.

Yeah, I also really hate not being able to wake up in the morning. Once I started seeing the results from working out I was hooked though.

Working out gets my blood flowing too much to sleep afterward

I'm off to work, hopefully someone else will stop to keep you company :D
