We took the kids on Saturday. It was their first "real" rodeo. My 3 yr old was cheering for the calfs when they got away during the roping competitions.

So funny you should mention I went Sunday. I'd have to say I wouldn't have if Dwight Yoakam hadn't been playing.

grins at the calf roping......thats got to be the worse ..... least with the steer wrestling.... a 600 pound steer has a fighting chance

I've always liked the bull riding and the bronc riding

too bad there weren't more girls in the barrel races
