Fun on a treadmill? I don't thing the music will help. I prefer to walk outdoors, normally 2 miles a day, but the heat, and my schedule, means I can do it about 6:00 am, or 8:00pm. My fun is nature watching... the occassional frog, lightning bugs, oh, and rattlesnakes. I found one in my backyard yesterday when I was watering my sage. That kind of fun can put a little pep in your step.
