Texas Roll Call

Well today we celebrate TXBeau's liberation. Yes folks after 8 years at AT&T he was canned today. AT&T is closing down all it's local service locations and my hubby got the axe. He made good money over the years and medical insurance was free, but the job was crap. I am soooo damn happy my baby will be home for a little while. But what is tight ass doing right now you ask? Well he's at the other PC job searching. This is sick! What's wrong with my man? He doesn't know how to slack off. He can't stand it . I make darn good money and he can easily sit arond on unemployment but noooooooo. He's ready to move on. I think he's got issues. :D

So my main concern is that after three decades of him working hard, taking care of me and his children and being an all around super human being what can I do to celebrate his liberation? Any good ideas? I'm thinking the boys and I could take him out to dinner. But I want to show him how proud we are of him for doing so much for us and help him move on. If anyone has any cute ideas let me know.

Loving my unemployed man.

Belle

I like TR's suggestion also, but take it a little further:D get some oil, feathers, and a blindfold. Tie him to the bed spread eagle, put the blindfold over his eyes, and softly blow your warm breath over "parts" of his body. Use the feather to stoke him in all the "important" parts. Put some oil on your hands and stoke him gently, whispering how excited your are playing with him. Tell him what you want to do to him, tease him, caress him. Bet this gets his mind off that Damn job!!

Austin, Texxxas checking in! W/M, mid-40's, 6', 180.

Belle, you certainly look like you know what to do. Go swing that chair he's sitting in around, pull his cock out and suck away! That always makes a guy feel better.

Howdy Ya'll

Brand new to the board, and this site. A very sweet friend introduced me to ya'll. She is wonderful, and I can not thank her enough. I am glad to find a new home.

From Houston, married, will enjoy eflirting with some of our fine Texas women and couples. I swear, the sky is bigger, and the women more beautiful here in the Lone Star state.

Texas Belle, I feel for your honey and his situation. I am going thru the same change in carreer. Fortunately, it has taken me only a month to find a new daily gig which will pay. Start on Monday. Keep the faith, something better always comes out of these changes. Trust me, I know.

Look at all the new friends here! Welcome to you all. Let us know if you have any questions. Most of all, hope you have lots of fun!

Greetings

It has been a very long time since I have posted a message. No technical problems...just inertia. I have been married for 27 years and I just figured out that I have had about as much sex in that time as I did in one six month period before I was married. It makes me sick thinking about it. I need someone who has needs like a healthy human being. Someone that likes to be spontaneous. I think they call them fuck buddies. I am a handsome guy (the opinion of others, not myself), a lawyer (don't hold it against me), just got a new sports car, have lost some weight and am determined to recapture some of the joy that has been missing from my life..Help.

Help, I need somebody, help, not just anybody

Oh yeah, I live in Beaumont, but travel all over East Texas.

Ditto what TR said, TxBelle.

Then, tomorrow, ask him what he really wants. If you make good money, maybe now is the time for him to pursue that dream business he always wanted to open or to go back to school or whatever. Make sure he knows that things will be okay if he wants to take a risk for a bit.

Reassurance is the most valuable thing you can give him right now.

TR's idea is a close second, though.

D--

TxBelle: Your man defined himself through his job, even if a terrible job, it was still a challenge and showed him to be a strong person to put up with it for the good of his family. What he is doing now is part of the grief process. There will be denial, anger, bargaining...all of the usual. These are stages that he will go through whether he wants to or not. At the end of the process hw will look to you as his friend and partner, while he is going through it, just be supportive and understanding. Of course if that fails, blow jobs have been known to work. Lets face it, guys don't grieve with an erection.

Howdy all,

New to the boards here. Just wanted to check in from San Antonio, but also have a place in Houston as I travel quite a bit. Anyways if any ladies feel like chatting sometime my yahoo IM is rob_hays30 and I have a pic on my profile.

Wish everyone the best.....

Haven't posted for a while

Hey, everybody, how's it going? Got on here for a while a long time ago, but didn't get to post long before life happened!
Howdy, TxBelle, long time no see.
Hope your hubby learns the glories of slacking. Just graduated from college myself, and I've been a bit of a slacker too! Can't say it hasn't been fun...

One more Texan

Howdy! Just adding my name to the TX Roll Call. Now, back to lurking. Actually, I only joined yesterday.

You hush! *wink* You have the largest Lit crowd in your neck of the woods. I'm pleased as punch to see some more Gulf Coasters around and about.

I'll be happy to answer any questions about the place from those who are just joining our little happy gang from the Lone Star State. The main thing is to HAVE FUN! :D
