Then the storms hit. . House fire due to lightening, a MVA, ,straight line winds. All witnen 4 miles of me, within a 2 hour period, stretched our volunteer FD thin. Oh and we had hail and no power. Rough in the RV. Hope everyone else faired better.. today was better, just rainy.

What is with this Texas weather? We got an 1 inch of rain in 15min this afternoon and 5in for the day, flood warnings through Monday, this is after we got 10in the other weekend.

Storms last night - including hail.
Watched the lightening off to the west on the drive home from work. Just heard the thunder start up.
2 work days and then 4 for fun in San Antonio!
San Antonio is always a fun getaway.

Yes, had a great time. Found a few new to me places for good food. Lots of walking. Visited Pearl st market and the original farmers market. Hung out in the hot tub at the hotel a bit. Back home and ready for the work week.
