Haha! It really didn't affect me that much. Pretty tame by my standards It wasn't all that bad as everyone has been complaining about, though. Just a movie. The only thing I didn't like was that they portrayed the guy as rather fucked up in the head in order to explain his BDSM proclivities. Can't a person just happen to like certain stimuli without being fucked up?

Well that's true. But nobody implied that Sharon Stone was normal in Basic Instinct. Where it is implied that NOT being normal is necessary for BDSM in general in 50 Shades. But I still don't see why everyone is coming down on those two actors so hard. They were just fine for that movie as far as I felt I would understand it if she were Kevin Costner' s daughter
