It's been known to happen! It snowed one time when I lived there, and I remember looking outside to see that my neighbor had built a snowman. OK, so it was about 8 inches tall, but it was a snowman!

One of my most sweet memories of living in Houston was when we were sitting in bed on a Saturday morning with my son toddling around the room... the windows went floor to ceiling and he had managed to get behind one of the curtains and I heard him saying.. "it noing... it noing"... finally realized he was saying it was snowing.. and it was!
