Hi,
I am from Lewisville, lived here all my life. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was from around here.

Where is Lewisville? Still somewhat new to tx, so don't know everything yet.

... raising my head in here after a busy-busy month ...

abnormal psych AND human sexuality?

... can just imagine the mayhem that would result from a combined final. Especially if it were a hands-on, open book final.

Whew! Now there's an exam I'd be willing to monitor - either proctoring, or on closed circuit cam.

Hope you nailed 'em (ummm .... so to speak - the finals, that is), and are free and clear for a a while! ... At least until summer terms start up.

Rich

I have 2 more. Damn abnormal psych and Human sexuality. Then I'm free forever :D

... oops - evidently, I forgot how to read since I was in here last.

"Then I'm free forever" .......... scratch what I said about "until summer terms start"

<insert rolling eyes here>

Hehe it's okay. I was free for about a week, then I had to be an adult and get a real job and all that fun stuff :)

Running smack into the real world: don'tcha hate it when *that* happens ....

Darn Real World!

I'm going back to bed and pulling the covers up over my head and staying there forever.

Honey, it doesn't work. I know, because I've been trying for years. It just won't go away. lol

A newbie, I see. Welcome, dick.

This is a great idea!

I'm a friendly, physically fit and easy to look at male living in San Antonio. I am educated, professionally employed, respectful of all persons, love animals, and have a good sense of humor.

My physical description includes: 5'9", 175, thick silver/brown hair, no facial hair, 48 years old, hazel eyes, caucasian, and I wear contact lenses.

I'm in a relationship without intimacy, and I am seeking a special lady, perhaps in the same situation, for a mutually fulfilling intimate relationship. Not interested in "one-nighters," and discretion is very important.

I am also very open to a relationship with a couple. I am straight and accepting of whatever limits are set. Fulfilling a fantasy is especially fun.

My greatest delight is giving pleasure to a woman, multiple times and in almost any way. I always like to finish second.

I hope this addition to the Texas Directory catches a special person's attention.

Please email me at nice2try2003@yahoo.com.

Exactly - although .... going back to bed, pulling the covers over your head *with* someone, at least that makes a very pleasant distraction from that whole real world thing.

Ahhhhhh ... no wonder you were so ready to dive under those covers. ;)

Exactly . . . though I'm still trying to get him to give me more then 2 inches of the bed at a time :)

HEY, Y'ALL!

I just wanted to pop in and say that I visited your fine republic last week and had a blast. Texas is a beautiful state, with some of the friendliest people I've ever met! I stayed with a friend in Arlington. I visited Dallas (Art Museum, Historic District), Ft. Worth (Billy Bob's--Yee haw!) and a couple of little towns north of Ft. Worth (Azle and Boyd). I went up there to take pictures of the countryside and I was not disappointed. Visited a couple of bars, too. Still gotta work on my big hair for my next visit. I would live there if I could. Thanks, for not seceding and for sharing your unique piece of America with the rest of us. I look forward to my next visit.

Kisses,

WG

That's very sweet of you waverlysgirl. Next time let us know when you're coming down. There are quite a few Litsters in the general vacinity of your visit. Maybe next time you can make a Lit-together.

Glad you had a good time, next trip let us know, we'll show you around town :)

Re: HEY, Y'ALL!

Wow - so very gracious of you to go out of your way to write this message, WG -

We call Texas "The Friendly State", but you sure make it clear that we don't have a corner on the market.

Glad you enjoyed your time here - next time you come, I highly recommend (not that I'm <ahem> biased or anything) Fort Worth attractions like our ourstanding Japanese Gardens, our new Modern Art Museum, the Kimbell, and the recently-expanded Amon Carter.

And to show I'm not 100% biased - Dallas' music land, Deep Ellum is not to be missed.

R.

( ... and did someone else mention maybe having a gathering of Lit Folks in the DFW area? I'd be glad to help plan one, if there's one already in the works. I'm a Lit newbie, but eager to help. )

Thanks, you guys! Here are a few pix of my trip. The windmill and farm pics were taken off of FR730. The best part about your state is driving 70 on the freeway and secondary roads. I live near DC and everywhere is near gridlock. I appreciated the wide open spaces and seeing helmetless riders!
