I think some of my favourite pics come from the shoots that aren't planned or thought out...they just kind of happen.

This past Sunday late afternoon I was lounging on the couch enjoying a beverage and relaxing. I had picked some flowers from the garden and the colour was just glowing in the sunlight so I grabbed the flower and my camera and captured a few moments as the sun was setting behind me.

How did I not comment on these?? I love the lighting and the simple background on both of these photos, but the deposited one really stands out. Beautifully composed, beautifully lit, just all around beautiful.
