Need Help with Posting Replies

The following link goes to a "help" question I sent to Quoll, who has been very helpful to me.

If you have time to look at it, I would appreciate it. I am new and need help before I can post a specific thread.

Essentially my problem is: I want people to be able to reply to a specific posting within a thread, not simply to the bottom of the thread itself.
