The General Board outstrips all others but the AH has a respectable score. At least most of our posts are in complete intelligible sentences.

complete or completely

the 'ly' in 'completely' or 'badly' or 'unhappily' signifies it is an adverb, ie it is modifying a verb rather than a noun.

'complete' is an adjective and modifies a noun.

Look at the following examples.

He is completely mad.

He is a complete lunatic.
