I assume this first fight was meant to last long enough for everybody to get a peice. I guess a better question would be who else intends to be in fight one cus I'd like to get a bit of RP (with the rest of you) in. Cus if you aren't gonna be part of the main fight we can wrap this up give me a few (probably 2) of being Rath which is wicked fun before I have to dial it back.

Hmmm. Just thought of something. It will be difficult to have the characters return to the past. Ben would end up existing alongside his younger self, and if they changed this future from occuring, then Lil Bo would cease to exist, at least this version of him. Plus, if younger Ben never goes to investigate Dr. Light's lab, then the future Ben that comes back with them would probably phase out of existence. Bah, temporal mechanics, lol.

The end result of all this is that we somehow either A prevent anybody from going into the future which sure would wipe Ben's memory but oh well or B We all go back to the moment we were sent back to again having prevented crap sack from happening. Honestly knowing what we know about Lobo, Lil Bo can go Deadpool for all I care. It looks like this.

Lex is defeated and the world is returned to the people. Lil Bo looks around. "Man this is boring and all my friends left." Looks at the Literotica SRP page. "Holy shit they are having a blast kicking ass in the past. I'm gonna jump in on that!" Lobo is only slightly more restrained by the fourth wall than Deadpool is and Deadpool so unrestrained by it that he doen't get why everybody else is.

But Lil Bo as we know him would cease to exist because his timeline would have been erased. Either that, or if he comes back with them and changes the past, maybe he becomes a space-time anomaly because his personal timeline is erased or changed. Kind of like in the movie Deja Vu, how Denzel's future self's body was still there even when his personal timeline was changed. Basically, if Lil Bo went back to the future, he'd find a different version of himself that never came back in time, thus causing him to become an anomaly, a being existing outside his timeline. Then he could basically make New York 2011 his home.

As for Ben... Okay, how about this -- they end up arriving right after Ben entered the portal, meaning he does not run into his past self. Sure, that puts the Titans three years later than when they left, but I'm not sure how else to make it work. I suppose they could discover a temporal rubber band that is holding them in the future, and when it is triggered, it snaps back to the moment before Light activated the portal, sending all the characters back as well, but with their memories intact. So, while Ben would be younger again, he'd still have all the memories of his older self. But that leaves Lil Bo out...

Maybe Lil Bo is the one that trips the band that sends them back, and somehow he rides it back as well and appears in the lab with the Titans. Or, if he trips the band, maybe he retains his memories of both the old and new timelines, and then travels back in time to let the Titans know they changed the future, but then he gets stranded there. Maybe Superboy-Prime comes back with him too or something, hehe.

I try, but it's really not possible. I tend to think about the past, present, and future all at once. It's difficult to write a story if I don't have at least a vague idea of where it is going. And the idea of Lil Bo breaking the fourth wall drives me crazy, because if reality warps like that, then that means anything goes and Nightwing could suddenly go Super Saiyan and Naruto and Ichigo could suddenly appear to help.

My inner writer is craving to keep some sense of integrity to the story, not just throw in whatever and pretend it works. Remember, I am an aspiring writer, and story integrity is everything to me. If the fabric of reality is that flexible, it will be harder for me to stay committed.

On this end Jeff is saying (in a nutshell) Terminator is a stupid series. John Connor is born because he sends his father back in time to protect his mother. Skynet is born because Cyberdine builds Skynet from a chip from the Terminator Skynet sent back in time to kill John. So basically both Skynet and John Connor are their own grandfathers. . .how the hell did either of them happen the first time? At some point in fiction we simply accept that sunlight turns human aliense into Superman and there is a green boy who can become a T-Rex.

No, all of those things are acceptable. John Connor sends Kyle Reese back in time to father him, yes. But that is what we call a time loop. And although T2 and T3 change what happens in that loop, it still exists. Superman gets his powers because his cells are like miniature solar batteries. Beast Boy can become a T-Rex because he can will his molecules to realign. This all makes sense to me.

What I had an issue with was Lil Bo breaking the fourth wall. That's basically admitting in-story "This is all fiction, nothing we do really matters" and it takes away from the integrity of the story. And him just appearing in the past for no reason seems to me to just be the lack of desire to figure out a better way. That's why I suggested he could be the one to trip the time band and thus rides it back with them, becoming a space-time anomaly. It's easy to explain and we all get to keep being a team in the past.

If the Teen Titans goes back into the past and Lil Bo goes along, there is two scenarios he will either totally disappear because the Teen Titans might just stop the cloning of Lobo's blood or he could turn into a drop of blood, returning to his original state. Alright I understand the theory that he could stay intact, become the time continuum, but as it is clearly stated, time paradoxes are doomed to die, so Lil Bo will kick the bucket some if he goes back into time. So here is my take, if the Titans head back into the past, somebody has to stay behind, Lil Bo is the one that will stay behind as he is the one that really can not go back without rending the fabric of reality. Don't worry, I can fit into another character, fun of being a writer

Ah, okay. And the Merc with a Mouth is Marvel, lol. I forget which came first, but Deadpool is Marvel's version of Deathstroke -- Wade Wilson/Slade Wilson, similar outfits, etc. As for Lil Bo, yeah, you could have him vanish, or you could also have Cyborg upload his memories and then put them into a new body in the past. Just an idea. So, what other character did you have in mind? If you wanted to bring Deadpool over to DC, I'd be cool with it.

All these guys are so...serious (except Starfire, she cracks me up) so I'll create a type of Deadpool based guy, just with a few additions and subtractions. I'll be gone until Saturday afternoon say...18h00 my side (it is 18h00 now on my side) and then just check what I need to get done and just go ahead and do it.

I'd love for genetic memories to be transferred like the memories them evil blood suckers can draw from you (I'm talking vampires not lawyers). Now THAT would be awesome, then said vampire can get taken over and BAMF you have a Vam Bo
