When I say that I'm "technically challenged", I'm seriously not kidding. With that said, what's that, and how do I get there?

Do you also know whatever pics you take with your camera you can have it automatically saved to drobox (assuming she showed you how to create a username)? This way you will never lose any pics.

On an Android with an SD chip, you can have them all load there, too. I love my antique Note3.

How about just doing a screenshot, usually on any android device it's simultaneously holding the power and lower volume buttons, then it saves that in your pictures folder which you can upload

I see he showed you dropbox. Did you pay for it or are you using the free version?
