Religion I had fun with SweetNick, he systematically tore mine to shreds but he did it in a proper way not the way most around here use.

Pat each other on the back cuase so&so flames so&so very well and made them look bad. Not interested.

TV would be nice but people insist on me being a cad cause I don't find the lame highbrow humor of Fraiser interesting, yet feel that wrestling is a bore.

Wasn't it funny how he was compelled to read each and every one of them even tho they were full of satan and filth? And do you recall who came to my rescue? Who backed me up all the way? It is a free speech based board and as such we tend to talk about things like those mentioned above. What makes you tick? Either tick good or like a time bomb waiting to explode. Go for it. Then it went into a phase of anger and hatred


Coming out of that is the clique phase we are now in where if your in a clique you can post anything if your not in that clique you get flamed for even agreeing, no I am not talking me, I watch the cliques pat each other on thier back then an outsider comes in, who shares the same views goes and post something in agreeance witht he clique and then one of the clique fires away and the others pat that person on the back. Then somebody in another clique does the same thing and the first clique is all over them for being such bad people and how they would never do such a thing, then the second group shows thier first transgression is shown, then the first group says well that is totally different, never once admitting thier error. its always everyone else.

It was fun at one time but now the Royal Untouchables well they are dragging it down, thats why y posts are down I should have another couple thousand by now. But instead I am in about a 12 other BB's all in various stages of the same.

Rarely ever do I reply to your posts..........but I assure you I am not into a "clique" thing. In fact, if there are some I am either to naive to see them or just don't see them. I post what I want when I want and if someone doesn't like it~tough poop. Sure I would like people to like me, it is human nature, but I am not going to go out of my way to NOT post what my opinion is just to please someone else. I am me. Take me. Leave me. I was me before you, I will be me after you. Hopefully people see ME.

The bb has changed over the last few months, I see it. It is growing. It is phasing in old with new and out with some old and out with some new. That is life. One thing is constant in life. Change. Change will always happen. It is how you deal with that change that makes a difference. I tend to go with it and see what happens. Opens up new horizons. New ways of thought. Even changing me.

So to answer your question. What should I post? Post what you like. Post what you want and when you want, maybe with a little rationale' and thought, but post. What makes you tick? What really really pisses you off? Happy? Sad? Angry? Humbled? Sure some people will "flame" you, have you not ever been antagonized in real life? I think so..........go man go. I have and lately it to the point were those of my friends on the board will only communicate with me regardless of original thought post or copy and paste post by way of the PM or email because they are tired of being ripped on for simply caring on a civilized conversation.

Yes there are those in real life who antagonize, but unlike here they don't make a lifestyle of it. They don't feel like here that it is thier job in life to antagonize and belittle everyone who does not measure up to thier "standards"

Around here no longer can just anyone discuss just anything. There is so many unwrittten hidden rules that freedom of speech exists only if it is in agreeance with the Royal Untouchables values and opinions. Its write what they want , when they want it or "well we will shit on you regardeless of what you wrote" attitude.

A person could post 1 + 1 = 2 and if the Royal Untouchables are in one of thier moods that person will be shit all over and told how wrong they are.

Like you say its a phase of change, maybe we should just all become assholes then we wouldn't find anything ofense cause wevery one would be spewing shit no one would know the difference that it wasn't them that is stinking.

I can understand and appreciate what ya saying though. Post away. Do your thing. You can choose NOT to read responses or CHOOSE to do your thing in spite of it all. I choose to do what I want and if it makes some unhappy, oh well. I mean, in the big scheme of things, there are always assholes. I deal with em all the time. Eat'm and smile is what I do. Kill em with kindness or just flat out don't subscribe to their way of thinking and stoop to that level. I refuse to respond to assholes at my place of employment who belittle me, i.e. customers who think there shit don't stink, and think they are going to get a rise out of me. See on the other hand I turn it around on them. I do not respond to them in the way they WANT me to, giving no satisfaction but still answering their stupid rhetoric with results.

In the past I've said that when one starts talking about the "good old days" of a BB that it means they've been around it for too long. Maybe time away from the board would be best for you? Take a break from Lit, visit other sites, go check out older ones you haven't been to for awhile, just basicly get away from all this for awhile.

If I remember correctly, you took some time off from Lit late last year during your 'Bobtoad777' days before coming back under Todd. When you got back, it seemed like you had a better time at Lit then you were having during your last few weeks with your original user name. It's just a suggestion, but if all else fails, time away to think things over can help out a little.

Hmm...I for one have never complained about your posts until this morning. As I said in another thread...I enjoy hearing (reading) different points of view, that includes yours. I may not always agree with you and I may not always post a reply...doesn't mean I'm not reading them.

I only got frustrated because whenever I open a thread that you've posted I can't tell which are your words and which are the words of the original author, so I give up without even starting. My only suggestion was to post a link in the thread to the original article rather than cut or paste and then add your comments on what you thought about it. Although I directed this to you this morning I meant it in general. I've seen similar posts by other authors here.

This morning what I saw were threads that were numbered (what was the point in that), no indication as to their guts and I couldn't tell which were your words. If you don't like the suggestion tell me to go wear a paper bag and take a long walk off a short pier or just ignore me all together. I for one wasn't telling you NOT to post, by all means POST AWAY.

Some people read my posts and reply some don't. Some people like me, some don't. I'll be the first to admit that some days I take it personally other days I don't care. In the end how I react is my problem, not everybody else's. I get the feeling you knew what would happen when you did that this morning and were trying to instigate a disagreement or attract some attention...maybe not, maybe so.
