My grandmother makes it every flipping Christmas with so much alcohol I swear she's trying to get us all drunk.

I have no idea what strawberry ganache is.... it sounds delicious.

Think thick strawberry chocolate cream frosting.
Yeah mine was really strong as well.

I drink peppermint tea or even a green tea with ginseng and honey when I'm sick.

The rest of the time, I prefer flavored coffee. Light and sweet is how I love it.

I'm one of those morning coffee/afternoon or evening tea drinkers. Café du Monde French Roast is my favorite coffee - kind of hard to find this far from NOLA though. And Lady Grey tea has such a wonderful aroma. A cold evening calls for chai tea. (or hot chocolate, but that doesn't qualify as coffee or tea, so....)
