The lion reached out and snatched her. Hearing her screams of terror, Trump, who was closest to the bars, grabbed a stick from the ground and began hitting the beast with it. The lion released his intended prey and turned his attention to the man who was attacking him, and Trump was able to reach into the cage, yank the girl to safety and save her.

The newspapers headlined the feat: Donald Trump Attacks Hungry African Immigrant and Steals Food.
