I think, actually...that it depends on the person. I think some people don't look quite "right" with ink. Usually, the people I find that I think that about, I feel have gotten their ink for all the wrong reasons.
However, in the example of Ms. Kiwi...you are undeniably sexy all on your own, and do not need ink to enhance that.
I find tattoos to be a magnet to my hand, and tongue. I know for myself, my areas that are inked have more sensitive skin, and the nerves come alive with any stimulation. Makes a girl desire to make herself a human doodle pad!
