Ok I just got my second tattoo yesterday, and after having showed it off to four off my co-workers today, it turned out that one of them don’t like tattoo’s at all. So now I’m wondering what the general opinion about tattoo’s are here on the BB?

Well I am not exactly against them they are not a turn off, they are not a turn on either! Does that answer your question?

I'm trying to decide what to get.. I'm think about a tattoo of Taz, or a little devil or something...

indyweasel I know it's a hard decision to figure out what to get. It took me years to figure out my first one, before I finally had it done a bit more than a year ago.

The one I had done yesterday was one I fell over as I was sitting in the tattoo shop a few months back, while waiting to get my other one re-inked, and after having thought about if for a while, i finally decided it was that one.

I love them! But you already know that. ;)

Oh yes I do know that!! And the reason I haven't posted it here, is that I'm still teasing you with not having seen it yet, and I do have pictures now!! :D :D

If anybody would like to see my new tattoo, feel free to PM me, and I'll provide you with a link for it!

I love tattoos, and I plan on getting one.
some times they look trashy depending on what they are and where they are at, but I love them.

25th bday....... have a date with a tattoo artist...

Phoenix...... left shoulder. ;)

I love mine...

and I can't wait to get my second one.

Sometimes tattoos are a complete turn on for me. :)

I voted Yes

But it rather depends. Some tatoos can be a turn on, some are just 'there', others are a turn off.

I've seen nice, mostly small ones on girls ankles, breasts, hips, in the small of thier backs, which make me want to kiss them and stroke thier skin. But I've seen others, mostly larger, less classy or subtle ones on thighs and shoulders and such that make me want to go "Nooo way hon".

Angel's is great.

why?:confused:

if you cry.. i'll cry.. and that just can't happen.. i'm leaving in a few to go out.. crying will ruin my makeup.. :D

I think it's such a wonderful way to celebrate a life, and a wonderful tribute to your brother.

I promise to try real hard not to cry.

I'm such a sucker for sentimental things.;)

thanks.. even tho i don't have 3 of my kids here with me (they live with their dad in a much better school district but i get them after school and on the weekends.. holidays.. blah blah blah) anyway, even tho they aren't here physically.. they are always close to me..

And as far as my brother.. he was my best friend.. i miss him so much.. *smiles* i see him daily in my nephew.. the lil shit! :D

damn.. i was just thinking.. it's five years ago today.. that we buried him... should have gone to the cemetary.. oh well.. i'm going to the Y with my kids.. that's much more fun..

see everyone later when i get back online

Here is the one on my left ankle................

I have a couple more, but those are not for public viewing.

I have a Taz and a little slogan..............:p

Ever heard that song by Red Hot Chili Peppers...Aeroplane?

The line "I like pleasure spiked with pain?"

There is a very fine line between pleasure and pain. So small that before you cross that line, you are on the verge of a highly sensitive peak that pushes your senses over the edge like nothing else does.

My one and only tattoo was a culmination of years of knowing I wanted one and then months of searching for the right artist and design. I finally found the artist that was so creative and willing to make a design just for me. One I would never find on a board and offered to the general public.

He drew the picture for me on my 28th birthday. I loved it. Four months later when I was sure that was what I wanted tattoed to my ass when I was 80 and living in a nursing home, I went back to have it done.

My best friend Sharon was with me, and for those who have read my stories, you have read the one about Sharon. She was there through it all holding up my cut offs while he did his work.

The picture is a yellow rose, since I am from Texas. The stem of the rose with the thorns turns into the blade of a dagger. The leaves of the rose turn into the handle. The dagger pierces a red heart.

Rose=pleasure to smell
Thorns=pain
Blade=shiny pleasure to look at
Piercing blade=pain
Heart=pleasure through the good things, pain through the bad

And it was the best orgasm getting that tattoo that I ever had without intercourse!
:p

Well.....I voted...and this one time...at tattoo camp...er..wrong movie, wrong line, wrong time....

The sexiest tattoo I have ever seen is one on this guy's shoulder blade. It was some sort of blocky dragon-esque design, though the dragon thing is done to death, it was different, and the tail coiled real thin down his spinal cord and dipped and curled back up at his boxer line. Made me want to find out where it went...

I did. But only because I "accidently" brushed up against him.
MUAHAHA
:D

I like tribal tattoos but I draw a line at how many.....

just a thought

A dozen years ago, I had a girlfriend who had a little tattoo of a rose on her right cheek. (butt cheek). When we first met, I thought it was exciting, and I admired the "free spirit" that it represented. As we became more emotionally invested in each other, the meaning of that tattoo began to change for me. Over time, it became a reminder that "someone" had been there before me. Now logically I KNEW several people had been there before me, but the tattoo prevented me from "blocking" that from my mind during times of intimacy.

The tattoo wasn't the reason we broke up, nor was it a problem between us. And it was actually a surprise to me that my feelings about the tattoo changed as the relationship changed. I don't know if my reaction would have been different had the tattoo been in a different location. I'm just passing along my own experience.

enjoy the day....

I love tattoos, if they are tastefully done and artfully rendered. I myself have four small ones and am currently working on a rather large shoulder cap design with my tattoo guy. Hopefully we'll be ready to start inking by July :)

Anyhow, just thought I'd throw in my two cents worth
