Why Canada exports its water, oil, uranium, potash and mustard to the USA is a mystery to me.

That's where the refinery is that can handle that sludge you harvest up there.

Seems to me that this is another opportunity for Canada, Mexico, and the US to act together. As long as Soy Boy doesn't want to include Venezuela.
