Talk about Hard Ball.

Welp! If it’s lawyer speak then splain it for us. Looks like gibberish to most of us. Look 👀 who slinging insults.
I did. Go back and read what you failed to.

Most of us understood Arphy was whining as usual and slinging insults out of the gate. You came out of the gate late, so you have some catching up to do.

What's your take on the free press's reporting and the President's actions?

It's lawyer speak 101, meaning you're an ass while aspiring to become an asshole. Like you've written about before. ;)

Ahh, so that's what your problem is; you believe in Peter Pan...

It’s refreshing that district court judges are restricted to plaintiff vs plaintiff within their district and not plaintiff vs the United States. That should at least slow down forum shopping. 5 states account for 35 out the 40 national injunction. These idiots are about to find out that class actions are much more difficult.
They assumed authority that they never really had. Too bad it took so long to correct their injustice.

If only the felon spoke with half the honesty Peter Pan managed in fiction, we might be having a very different conversation. But electing a known pathological liar with a well-documented narcissistic streak—that’s not a bedtime story, it’s a real threat to democracy.

Look no further than his 'peace time actions'—one hand waving a peace banner, the other poised to strike. The latest example? An unprovoked attack on Iran without Congressional approval—yet another move that undermines both law and diplomacy, all while claiming to be the “President of Peace.”

That contradiction isn’t clever—it’s dangerous. And brushing it off with a Peter Pan joke doesn’t make it less real.

The problem here is that you believe fiction should control reality. You believe fiction over your own senses.

Interesting take—from the guy who brought Peter Pan into a political debate and now accuses me of confusing fiction with reality.

Let’s get serious:

  • It’s not fiction that Trump launched an unprovoked strike on Iran without Congressional authorization, undermining constitutional checks and balances.
  • It’s not fiction that his presidency was marked by legal chaos, obstruction claims, and a revolving door of indicted allies.
  • It’s not fiction that he labeled himself the “President of peace” while escalating global tensions and ignoring diplomatic norms.
  • And it’s certainly not fiction that he is now a convicted felon—according to a jury trial conducted under the very Constitution you claim to revere.
You speak of the Constitution like gospel and the Supreme Court like scripture, yet twist yourself into knots defending a man whose actions and rhetoric trample both.

If there’s a fantasy at play here, it’s not mine. It’s yours—where felonies are patriotic, facts are optional, and Neverland is a valid legal defense. So if Peter Pan is your touchstone for political thought, I suggest brushing up on the Federalist Papers... preferably somewhere outside the treehouse.

Let’s get serious:

The War Powers Act only requires that the President notify Congress within 48 hours of such actions. Trump did so. Hence, he didn't "undermine constitutional checks and balances." The reason that you believe so is why you're constantly wrong. Please go buy a brain.

  • It’s not fiction that his presidency was marked by legal chaos, obstruction claims, and a revolving door of indicted allies.

When the agenda of the opposing party is to do exactly this, that's not Trump's fault. It's YOURS. Especially when you realize that, in the end, the majority of the court decisions have sided with Trump's administration. Once again proving that your ideology is what is at fault here and that you really do need that brain I mentioned above.

  • It’s not fiction that he labeled himself the “President of peace” while escalating global tensions and ignoring diplomatic norms.

It takes no effort to remember the Abraham Accords. It takes no effort to realize that right now, other than in Gaza, there is no conflict in the middle east; a sector of the globe which has been in conflict for thousands of years. It takes no effort to point out that the rising tension between Pakistan and India has been resolved rather than escalating.

Once again, you've shown that you don't see the world as it is, you see it through the lens of the lies you spread. Please get a brain, it contains the clue you need to get beyond teh stupid.

  • And it’s certainly not fiction that he is now a convicted felon—according to a jury trial conducted under the very Constitution you claim to revere.

Yes he is. So what.

You speak of the Constitution like gospel and the Supreme Court like scripture, yet twist yourself into knots defending a man whose actions and rhetoric trample both.

Please point out where said trampling is. Because it's certainly not contained in any of the aforementioned acts you've listed.

I hope that one day you grow a brain. I also hope that once you do, the understanding which comes with it chaps your ass every minute of every hour of every day for the rest of your ugly filled life.

I don't expect to be here long enough to 'grow a brain.' So, you are stuck with me for as long as I'm around, or you go first.

You could be here for 1000 years and still not achieve that landmark.

The d-ducky has some serious problems with reality. I keep wondering if he uses one of those clear vinyl keyboard covers to keep his spittle from shorting it out.

I'd say that's quite likely.

I think you're right.

BTW, good morning. How's the sunrise? Still waiting on it here.

Happy Monday from Out West, which ain't as far west as you are, but things are relative. Off to feed critters.

Going to look at a backhoe later this morning.

Not gonna ask what you need a backhoe for. Just hoping you ain't having an emergency and need a deep hole dug quick like upon some midnight dreary.

Remember the 3 S's:

Sunrise comes sooner than you think.
Shovels take too long unless you have help and that means you need to dig a bigger hole to cover the extra labor.
Shut UP!! until your lawyer gets there.

And always have plenty of lime on hand.............just in case.

Justice Robert H. Jackson famously advised, "Any lawyer worth his salt will tell the suspect in no uncertain terms to make no statement to police under any circumstances."

I retained this guy. He works cheap these days.
