I'm sure you can handle a lot.
But that's a good idea. I didn't meet a whole lot of people my first year.

Mechanical engineering, finished my 3rd but I have 2 more years. In it for 5.
I do dorm. Had 2 random roommates at separate times and we got along fine. I'll be dorming with one of them again in the fall for a semester.
I was a little worried about the randomness at first but it wasn't bad at all. We have very different interests and life styles but it was all ok.

Also, good luck on having a good roommate. I just recently moved into an apartment for school this September and my roommate isn't so bad. Keeps to herself mostly, but I'm sure things will change once we get to know one another. Not that I'm a talker, I like to keep to myself but never know.

Maybe you'll catch that dream roommate we all hope to meet.

Aw, thanks. And no worries, I got in quite awhile back haha. xD Just went for orientation part one. Totally wrong -grins- Was thinking about majoring in Bio, but that's boring and unoriginal so I'll probably wind up with Neuroscience. But who knows. I'll see when I do.
