I have AOL and they have the news coverage...
well guess you heard about the capture of another
one of our soldiers?...I had been upset this week
with over 50 U.S. soldeirs died this week in battle...
that is disturbing enough but capture and a
prisoner of war is a different thing...that boy is
20 years old and in enemy hands...I swear if I could...
well that statement is a wish...reality is this kid is
probably scared to death and I feel for him...any body
else feel this strongly about our soldiers and this boy?

i feel just as strongly at least. make sno sense at all. i have a friend who is about to return. he was there earlier this year. was there for quite a while. said he has to return because the group there now is unfamiliar with alot of the territory, alot of newer troops...they were trying to let some come home that had been there for a while, but things in Iraq are so bad now so they need alot of the more experienced soldiers who were there and who have been in other wars before to go back to Iraq. the anger rushes through my very being. my firend however, is more than willing to go for his country and has no regrets. he hopes to live through his term in Iraq, but does not feel bad and accepts that he may lose his life. He says he'd rather give his than to see all of these young soldiers die.
