I'm a bit surprised I haven't seen more along this line already in the archives; maybe someone can link me to some.

What I'm looking for are stepfather/stepdaughter stories. I'd especially like them to involve:

* Tenderness and caring between the partners.

* An abusive or absent biological father.

* Sexual contact initiated and somewhat insisted upon by the stepdaughter. A seduction.

* I'd be especially interested in stories written by females who've had this kind of fantasy, or stories told from the female's point of view.

* Some halfway plausible reason we can excuse the stepfather for cheating on the mother (maybe mom even approves).

Obviously, if you write for this forum, the parties have to be adults. But I don't mind links to stories that don't follow that rule, or to stories written ambiguosly on the point.

Well there are 518 on the site at the moment that are shown if you put stepfather in the search at http://search.literotica.com/search...=newer&sort=relevancy&sort_order=desc&author= and 1642 if you try step-father. Of course some of those will overlap, but I doubt that will be very many.

You are probably thinking of second cousins.
A step daughter is a daughter through marriage, but legally a family member.
I don't care what you do in fiction, but if you are using your theory as an excuse for real life incest, you've got another thing comin'.

No, I'm not thinking of second cousins, and I know what a stepdaughter/son is. Legally, they are recognized as a family member; and no, legally stepparents are not allowed to form bonds with their charges. But a step-sister and a step-brother can (although it might be different where you live), since they don't have the same parents. The whole problem with incest is biologic and genetic, not legal, which is why it's technically not incest.

But, I'm not justifying any real life thing, and I'm curious why you would think that...

If that's reasoning, then they need to seriously review their dictionary

But, in the interest of public safety, whether it's technically incest or not, by having sex with your father or daughter -indeed, pretty much anyone in your family- will get you in jail for a very long time. Typically the charge is "rape" in a father-daughter, mother-son case because of the position of power held by the parent which voids the precepts of consent.

I think it's only incest when there are blood ties involved (when people are linked to each other through their genes). Any other way is not incest, the way I see it. Thus, step-family is not your real family (hence the prefix step-) so it's not incest when you enter a relationship with anyone of them. It would be different of course when the stepparent had a child with the biological parent, then it would be incest again if the son/daughter entered a relationship with his/her halfbrother/-sister (after 18 years of course).

ANd how different. In just the last 100 years and in just England and Wales, the laws on prohibited degrees of relationship which are legal in marriage have changed several times, both loosening and tightening, and Scotland is different again.

In the USA such laws are in the competence of each State Legislature so there is the same mishmash as exists over the age of consent.

this whole debate raged on these forums repeatefly. That's wqhy the moderators changed the story category from "Incest" to "Incest/Taboo". Whether technically incest or not, fucking the stepdaughter is definitely taboo.
