I always thought you could launch an attack in a push of a button, drop of a hat, by speaking a word etc.... If it takes them 45 minutes to launch an attack, they must be very slow. What are we worried about?

Oh ok....I was thinking of a pre-emptive attack by them, not one of a defensive nature.

I'm sure that we wouldn't even have 45 minutes if we launched our own pre-emptive strike. It's not as if our preparing, or initial movements wouldn't be broadcast on CNN.
