Synopsis - Help Appreciated

Hi Everyone,

I have resurrected a Vampyre story I started writing many years ago and would like some thoughts on my synopsis.

Here's the summary...

SUMMARY

It is a plot-driven adventure set amongst the Vampyre and human race, filled with sex and death. In 1497, The Catholic Church met with a group of Vampyre Elders. It demanded they kill the Vampyres, Vlad Tepes, ruler of Wallachia and his necromancer, Gregor who were rampaging across Eastern Europe. The story revolves around the aftermath of their actions and the fallout in the 21st Century, seen through the eyes of a female Vampyre, Countess Monique Diablo Dubois, her friends and her enemies.

Sounds interesting as a background. It doesn't offer much detail about the actual plot though.

Your synopsis sounds interesting and more complex that usual, though I will caveat that by saying I do not regularly consume horror or vampire fiction. I do suggest you modify the name Countess Monique Diablo Dubois. "Diablo" strikes me as a little too cute for a vampire.

Being a vampire, I’m sure she sucks spectacularly.
