Symbiotic cum and milk story

My story idea is pretty straightfoward. A woman and 3-4 men get trapped in some form of symbiotic relationship. The only way the woman can get nutrition to live is to eat the men's cum. If she eats normal food it does nothing to feed her body. When she eats the cum it gives her a feeling of euphoria and exstacy.

Her breasts become very large during the process and swollen with milk. To survive the men must drink her breast milk twice a day. The men get drunk off her breast milk and the woman orgasms repeatedly when they feed.

Not the sort of story I generally write, but it's a pretty hot concept. I love the metaphor of sex as feeding. Do you imagine it being a story that takes place in a contemporary setting, or something in a fantasy world? The hard part would be coming up with some sort of explanation for how that symbiotic relationship develops.

Maybe it could be set in the real world. The four of them go on a trip to visit a Native American shaman to find spiritual enlightenment. He does some kind of ritual on them and when they arrive home the urges begin.

I just thought of a wicked way to run with this story line in the Faeophobia universe (xxxecil's otherwise fantastic take on human-sized faries that, by a quirk in space and time, come to live in our world). Quite the inspiration you've given me Jenny! If you don't mind, I'd like to try my hand at an adaptation of this plot.

I've seen it done before, but maybe every time she is drained of milk, it causes them to swell. Eventually she would be so weighed down she couldn't move. I kind of like the abnormal body stories myself.

I posted the idea for a fantasy similar to this about 4 months ago. The only difference was it revolved around Avril Lavigne. Same concept though...kinda. The band bets her that she can't go a week on nothing but sperm. She takes the challenge and for one week takes enough semen injections down her throat and into her womb to choke a donkey........

I'd make it like a "Waterworld" spoof of sorts. 4 people on a boat looking for dry land for fucking on seems a noble challenge indeed.

If anyone likes this premise I'm sure I could polish off a short tale.
