Presented here is an open memorandum from Sydney Powell responding to these points made in a public statement by President Barack Obama to a group of Obama alumni:

“The news over the last 24 hours I think has been somewhat downplayed—about the Justice Department dropping charges against Michael Flynn."

"And the fact that there is no precedent that anybody can find for someone who has been charged with perjury just getting off scot-free,”

“That’s the kind of stuff where you being to get worried that basic—not just institutional norms—but our basic understanding of rule of law is at risk. And when you start moving in those directions, it can accelerate pretty quickly as we’ve seen in other places.”

The letter is too long to post here, but for those interested, it demonstrates just how clueless "lawyer" Barack Obama really is. It also showcases what a legal take down looks like when you presume to make ignorant claims in the direction of a real lawyer:

I'll take Obama the lawyer over Trump the scientist any day and twice on election day.

Speaking of not reading something, how come you got her name wrong in the thread title?

My fuck up. I was probably thinking about how nice it would be in Sydney Australia right now.:D;)

Did you read the memorandum?

No, it goes without saying, like when the sun comes up, it's daytime.

You, HisArpy, and whatever incarnation of Botany is floundering around have a devastating affliction that makes you all allergic to the truth.

Nothing Obama has ever personally authored suggests he has any education in the law. His very best utterance was the script about the constitution being a charter of negative liberties. He got that from the lecture notes written for him when he guest lectured on constitutional law.

He repeated that when it was suggested to him that he declare amnesty by executive fiat. He was explaining why he could not, constitutionally do any such thing. Which he then used his pen and phone to do in the stricken DAPA and the weirdly surviving, clearly unconstitutional DACA.

Bad enough that he was obviously "awarded" a law degree that he clearly did not earn at a once prestigious law school that he was unqualified to attend, but they cartoonishly made him President of the Harvard Law Review. Other than his ability to produce melanin, the only thing historic about him being elevated to that honor which he obviously did not earn is he is the first and only President of the Harvard Law Review who became so having never contributed so much as a single sentence or performed any editorial function for The Review.

The headline says it all. Harvard who previously had standards did not find enough qualified applicants ticking the right boxes so the got themselves a black friend for the Review and a woman with high cheekbones that they touted as the first Native American Woman to be on faculty as a full professor of law.

This is why we can't have nice things: we give things away to people that don't deserve it and we don't allow people who do deserve it to rise to the top.

The reason Elizabeth (also a fraud) Warren's concept that he plagerized in his "You didn't build that" moment resonated with him is because he knows that none of the honorific awarded him including him being elevated to the position of the most powerful man on the planet were earned. He was given each step along the way for no other reason then the color of his skin.

He has repeatedly demonstrated all that is lacking in the content of his character.

Harvard Law should be mortified they turned out such an incompetent alumnus, but they aren't.

"Did you read the article?"

Quite literally don't have to while most confidently making that declaration.

That is quite literally an example of Dunning-Kruger effect. You are even less qualified in both science and the law than Sean, and he is famous for his fabulism.

Buzzword! Careful, you're in danger of wearing it out. Not sure of Sean's science prowess and I'm certain that you don't either. You guys just make random shit up to fit your narratives.

The left won't take the time to read it, or, if they do, they won't acknowledge it because OMB!

Of course not! He was an acorn clerk! :D:rolleyes::cool:

Virtually every time Obama has spoken "as an attorney" he's had his words shoved up his ass. He really should stop trying to play lawyer.

There's another word he hears often enough to think it is a "buzzword."

It's one thing to have an opinion and it's another to outright refute facts. It's sad to hear Barr will not pursue the corruption Obama and Biden took part in. The 3 stooges Barack, Sleepy Joe and Hillary will get of scott free and WEISSMANN, that fucking piece of shit, will continue to practice law.

Weissman should have been disbarred years ago.

If the lawyerin' profession actually took policing itself seriously, there would have been no Flynn prosecution and there would have been no Mueller witchhunt.

No disagreement from me!
