Not much of a story idea. What else you got up your sleeve? Why is the boss naughty? Is the secretary a sexy older woman or a young woman just discovering her domme nature? What happens when the secretary shows her the riding crop the first time? You can't just show us the spice and ask us to imagine the meal. Show us the meat and potatoes.

Actually there is a source of good story ideas here. According to pop psychology, many powerful, affluent men seek sexual humiliation and domination in the bedroom, as a way to "balance out" their psyche. They spend all day giving orders and making decisions, and crave some down time spent on the other end of the spectrum.
Maybe a company's board of directors realizes that many of their C-suite employees are suffering from an excess of dominating on the job, and implement a requirement: all top executives must spend one weekend a year with a domme, being humiliated and dominated to "bring balance" and inner peace, and thus increasing their effectiveness as businessmen. The story can follow one rising young executive on his first session.
