Seriously though, wow. Not only is this a gorgeous pic of a gorgeous woman, but I think the B&W really perfects it. It removes the background distractions and pulls ones eye to the what's really important, the central figure of the picture.
Like you needed help drawing one's eye with a pose like that!

I was on a mission yesterday to find pics in my archives that would work well in black & white. Do you think I succeeded Kahuna?
You are so right about the distraction issue. In that original pic there is so much color because I took it outdoors on a fine spring morning. The redbuds are glowing against a very blue Carolina sky. The grass was very lush and green and so was the clothing that is laying on the chair. But even so, how could your eye not be drawn to the central figure like a bullseye?
I really like the way this came out in black & white. I still can't beleive I had that one stashed in my rejects pile. Today will be another good day for me to go rummaging and see what I can pull out for you.

As to the picture in the closet that ages...I thought most of my pics did show my age...my body is definitely not what it used to be when I was 20. Not that I would want to be 20 again. I didn't have the same mind or attitude about life then.
Perhaps so...I will have to ask my mother if there is an elf or an imp playing around on our family tree.
