I grew that as an experiment to see if I could find a decent way to fix it that tasted good. I haven't found a good recipe as of yet. That stuff is a tad bitter.
But it made for an interesting pic theme didn't it?

But I did enjoy playing with it. I can't remember how I prepared it. Seems like I tried french frying it at one point.

Yes, I tend to linger in the produce aisle dreaming of my own fresh veggies that I used to grow in the past. ~sighs~ I do miss my garden!

It was a very pretty eggplant and looked much better than it tasted lol
