I will mostly forgo nice sunset and scenery shots this week. I probably have pushed too far in that direction. A bit of a mixed few days. A gorgeous Winter Solstice weekend with blue skies, then rain.
I was wandering through some small shops the other day in between appointments and found a good looking ring. Surely not an antique, just a mass produced copy of something, but it is a bit of fun to wear and people wishing to have a look have a laugh when they work out what it is.

I borrowed a crochet top from the offspring. You are supposed to wear a black bra underneath, but the holes were close together so it was able to hold everything without popping a nipple out. Took them a while to catch on.

Winter Solstice party at a friend's house. They have a nice view down the river and overlooking the city. It was warm enough to be out well into the evening.

Turned out to be a weekend of friends catching up. A few too many wines. I am definitely out of practice. Wine loosens lips and gets a good conversation happening but the poor head in the morning is not up to scratch.

Zoom time again. It is easy with just a front camera but there would be trouble if there was a side on camera holding to account. People in the same city are quite happy forgoing meetings still and doing it online. We are just about at zero restrictions again but the culture has become ingrained somewhat. I'm happy having coffee shop catch ups with smaller numbers of people. Its somewhat of a duty to drop some money into local businesses to keep them rolling.

I will find the odd scenery shot to throw in. I had another red dawn shot the other day but resisted doubling up on that view. Or another winter sunshine on ocean as I was running.
Zoom, Skype and the like are by their nature very focal point, but you do wonder how many shortcuts have crept into people's lives. A quick glance at people coming into the office and bras are definitely in lesser use. We are back to the 70s and 80s where everyone had bumps but never thought of. How many shirt and blouse only online meetings have been had?

It is winter, or the start of winter anyway. The cookie is just the standard something that comes with a coffee.

Like the look of the apple turnover although they can be a bit to sweet for me, but I do like the sweetness you exude.

I don't normally have them with cream, just that this one already came with full cream.

I will put a few up now and again, just trying not to be repetitive. We tend to be a bit blue sky, water, red sunsets, red dawn fascinated over here. I should strip off and be naked in each of the views to double it up.
