I have a roaming VPN which I can set to most countries so geo set links normally work. I have it set to USA at the moment so I can see what the provincial news site say about Trumps idiotic messages. I mean he still appears for the press calls surrounded by his cronies all within touching distance. Just shows that he has no understanding of the situation.

It's not a bad idea to post a pic of the outside of where you are. It may not be exotic in your eyes but going forward anything other than where you are is potentially exotic. The first bit of countryside people come across after all this will be like a park at midnight on date night.

Well, the show must go on. Crazy times but lets keep each other amused and up for a bit of banter at the least to pass the days.
For those in still dull areas, it remains summer here. 37C, or just on the 100F mark. We are not in total isolation yet, but have closed a lot of things down and observing social distancing for the time being. A lot of upset people who were made unemployed overnight, but people are making do with the freedoms they have and the generosity of others.
As part of that we are able to go to the beach in this state if we avoid crowds and space out. So a few pics of blue sky and waves for those stuck inside.
The dreaded national bowel cancer screening kit came in the mail today. Its free, for everyone and gets sent out every two years. So have, er, put it in the bathroom and when the time comes will do part one and part two.
I did a behind-glass visit to my old Italian neighbour this afternoon. She's old now and not quite with it but it was a pleasant (and safe) visit. She asked me what I had given up for Lent. Now, I am not religious nor of the Catholic persuasion but she did quip before I could answer that i had obviously given up bras because I was 'swinging like a cow and would poke her eyes out if the glass wasn't there.' We had a good laugh together. Anyway what have I given up? Working from home, bras have been consigned to the drawer. So, knickers will remain off for the foreseeable future.

I was on a conference call the other day while working from home. Work wants us to wear our uniforms even if we are home. Thought i could get by with just the shirt. That's all they'll see from the laptop cam. The phone rang so i stood up mid call to go and get it. It could have been a client...
The chuckles on the computer alerted me to my rather skimpy pyjama pants. OOPS.
