I love giving my boyfriend a blowjob but everytime I swallow a couple hours later my stomach has severe pains go through it. This has only occurs the 3 times I swallowed and I haven't done it in a while because I don't like the stomach pain. Does anyone have any experience with this and if so what can I do about it? I like swallowing and would like to do it again and more often so help would be great.

Rest assured, sperm can't live in the stomach for any length of time.

Have you been able to trace this to having a full vs. empty stomach? If not, try having a snack of something that doesn't upset your stomach (maybe a bit of protein and carbs, like cheese and crackers - nothing too hard to break down) or swallowing within an hour of having a meal.

Also, try drinking some water when you swallow.

If food and water helps, the pain is probably caused by your stomach over-producing acid to break down the protein in the semen, the semen being acidic, or it just generally disagreeing with an emptier stomach.

If it doesn't help, you may have an allergy, or being reacting to something he's ingesting (food, medicines, drugs, etc.). Talk to your doctor, and allergy testing may be in order.

Yes, it usually happens a couple hours after I have eaten but next time I'll try eating earlier. We eat the same things so I doubt it is something I am allergic to but if the eating and drinking doesn't fix it then I will go to my doctor and find out more information. Thanks!

I can see having some stomach upset from something in semen that your body is reacting to (for some reason I can't eat raw bananas without stomach pain; and it happens about two hours after I eat said banana). But it's not sperm "attacking" your stomach lining...they're not cells designed to attack anything. Even the sperm head grafting onto the egg during fertilization is a combination of protein receptors lining up to incorporate the two linings together. Besides, the hydrochloric acid in any stomach is more than enough to destroy delicate sperm cells.

It's possible if you experience stomach pain every time you swallow, you might be sensitive to a particular protein in the semen. If a person lacks an enzyme to break down and digest a protein it usually causes either stomach pain or upset intestines.

Unfortunately, like my relationship with bananas, there isn't anything to be done when you're simply intolerant to a particular ingestible...

Like Etaski said, it could be an allergy/reaction to a specific protein IN his semen. If that's the case, there's nothing you can do but avoid it.

You also might try taking a few TUMS/Rolaids right before oral. They might provide a buffer if it's an acid-related problem.

Does he care if you spit or swallow at all? If so, does he want you to swallow even though it causes you stomach pain?

I haven't told him about the pain but just because I never think to. I'm always back at my house when the pain starts. I'll try the food/water first. If that doesn't work I'll try the tums or some other acid reducer.

Oh he probably really enjoys it when you finish the job (at least I know I do and I think most men do also). But, it's not something you have to always feel obligated to do - oral can also be just good foreplay.

If you are prone to having an acid stomach anyway, antacids might very well be a good idea. But if you think the problem might be air or actually not having enough stomach acid (happens to me sometimes) drinking soda can help with both problems. (Also to the person with the problem with bananas, bananas make fizz when they react with stomach acid, drinking a glass of soda not with the banana but 10-30 min later can help with this. This is also true for people who get a stomach ache from drinking a milkshake and having the air in it get trapped in their stomach, or who get an upset stomach from chewing gum and accidentally swallowing air while chewing it.)

Unfortunately my partner in crime has the same problem. After swallowing she ends up with stomach pain and diarrhea. Some people just react poorly to the foreign proteins in semen.

There are not a lot of options here. The only one that I have seen that is effective is to build up an immunity to the proteins (I am picturing the scene in "The Princess Bride" when Wesley beats Vizzini in the battle of wits by building up an immunity to iocane powder ).

So just a couple drops each time until your body accepts the manly seed and then it's off to the races.

none of my girlfriends have had this problem with me. But from a male perspective, if this helps you, is that just cumming inside the girls mouth is wonderful.. you can let it ooze out and you don't have to swallow. Problem solved.
