I won't be one to ruin it. I have yet to ever watch a single episode of survivor or any other reality show.

I don't catch much myself but I recall asking another board member to hang on a few hours to talk about it and show a little respect to those that wanted to see it and I got my ass ripped like a Mother F^&*er and told they would do what they wanted......

Assholes are everywhere.............................

We might have to sit through 20 minutes of Bush first. Maybe he'll keep it brief.

Well, you could always stay off the board for a few hours, if you're really desperate. That way you wont have to end up blasting any pour newbies that come along and screw things up.

Ok...just one lil teeny tiny favor...please keep ALL comments about Survivor in HERE!!!:)

See, what happened last time was that all the Easterners got to watch, and then they posted the info in the thread titles which just was NOT fair...Us Westerners have to wait at least 3 extra hours to see what happens...

So, I thought (yes that does happen at times:p ) that if we could keep all the survivor talk to one thread...then I wouldn't have to have any temper tantrums!!

Capeche?:)

What do you think? Personally, I think that Clarence should have had his ass kicked but I totally understand why they booted off Diane...she was a bit of a cornflake from the git go...

ok...kids...gonna put your money where your mouth is...who will win?
'

I agree. Something about her didn't quite seem right - that smirk she was wearing when Clarence was getting his. I think she might have played a bigger part in the bean situation than she allowed, manipulated events a little bit. Ultimately what did her in though is that she is a liability during the challenges. It's one of the interesting dynamics of the game. While there are two tribes, being athletic and good at the physical part of the game is an advantage, but after the merger it can become a disadvantage. Everyone wants to pick you off because you're a threat.

I think Clarence might have a better chance of going far than most people think. He is disliked enough that people aren't threatened by him, and he brings enough to the tribe that they'll want to keep him around. Of course, if he keeps bogarting the grub, none of that will matter. It'll be adious, muchacho.

Word up.

Haven't seen an episode yet, but I read their bios on cbs.com. I'm hedging my bet and picking two - one from each tribe. Ethan from Boran and Theresa from Samburu. Theresa to win.

Okay I admit it I watched it.

Is anyone else finding the show too damned repetitive. New cast, same ol' show.

And didn't anyone on the show watch the other shows? You don't show up 1st day and act like an ass, or fall down go boom.

I really doubt if I watch it again.

Schoolteacher's right -- it's the S.O.S.

I really wish the producers would have shown us what happened with the can of beans -- I'm curious to know if Diane asked for them, or if he offered.

It's the beef jerky incident all over again. Why didn't they learn from that? But, I guess they did learn in a sense, by keeping him because of his strength.

That goat farmer has GOT to go.

Oh I can't believe you don't like the goat farmer

he's my favorite. Big ole grandaddy type. He's a cutie.

Silas is from Germantown TN and went to UT Knoxville for college. Apparently he's been heard of around the gay circuit here. huh! Imagine that.

The military guy reminds me of Michael on last year's show.

Now as far as the SOS goes, OF COURSE there's going to be griping, bitching, back-stabbing and bossy-ass people. But since we're dealing with an entirely new group of people it changes the dynamics. Add in wild animals straying into the camp and you have a completely different show altogether. I would almost go as far as to say this show will be the best one yet.
