The way it reads, Bush is talking to his advisors as to what terms they WOULD accept. I don't see anywhere that says they are actually talking TOO anyone from Iraq. At least not in that forum. I think this is going to be a bit longer yet. Besides, Saddam isn't going to back down, or he would have by now. This will probably only end over his body bag. Just my opinion.
