Supporting Red...

Given gas prices these days even an hour can be a daunting trek...

That is sooo true. I'm hoping to be moving on my land out in the country...and closer to work....sometime this summer, though. That will help a lot.

Now....how is the perfect little lynx doing? :D

lol...the little monster is being fussy, but now that he's able to see the lovely ladies of lit he seems more content lol...

Either way that hurts. lol... My drive before the promo was 45 min. each way so I know how a long drive can be. I'm down to 30 min. each way now.

That's good. Once I get moved....if it ever happens.....I'll have a 10 minute drive to work. Then again...it will be an hour trip if I need to go into town. lol

It was fabulous. That part of the country is simply breathtaking and a constant surprise from scenery to the variety of animals we were able to see.

We saw black bears, brown bears, mountain goats, big horn sheep, bison, elk, moose, trumpeter swans, prairie dogs, even a beaver... I'm sure there are a few animals I've forgotten... Ohhh a golden eagle too.

And waterfalls ... the ones at the park are amazing.

All sounds so wonderful! We'd like to do a Vermont tour complete with camping, and then a quick stop in to New York, but with prices the way they are it's not likely to happen these days...

*love and snuggles*

Howdy Red...

I see it slows down in here from time to time. Glad you had a grand vacation, I'm green with envy too.

I'll look back and get caught up, but wanted to jump in and wish you a grand and glorious Independence Day and let ya know that I'm stiil here and have hit a new low.
