*Huggles and snuggles* I've been cleaning quite a bit today...Mommy-in-law is on her way for my neice's (my family) baptism... :eek:

:kiss: Rested some, but didn't sleep... back in the kid's room, making him clean. He got a break for supper. ;) He's closer to getting done. You have to understand - His room is huge. It is 2 full size bedrooms as one room. lol... And I think he's not cleaned it since he exchanged his old room with his sister. Which was. . .a LONG time ago. lol

I don’t even know where to start or what to say. I never took the time to read what your signature said all this time that we been writing together.

It just never occurred to me that the woman that is writing with me is a BBW that soon will have a ROUX-EN-Y GASTRIC BYPASS surgery.
Being blessed with the constitution that don’t put a once on my body I can begin to relate to how you feel.

I like to salute you for wanting to do something about and be the woman you want to, as I know that’s who you are inside.

My prayers go with you every day till your surgery and looking forward seeing you every day on Lit after the surgery.

:kiss: Thank you Elgon. I had the surgery back in October 24, 2006. I've lost 144 lbs. :) I'm so much more healthier now than I ever was before. I am more active. I breathe easier. I have gotten back almost 30 years of my life. I am working on 20 more.

:kiss: Thank you for your prayers. I have a long journey ahead still. With still losing weight and eventually needing skin reconstruction surgeries. Thanks again. :kiss: ((((HUGS))))

Hi sweetie. It does sound like you've still got lots to go through but look how far you've been.
*smiles* I am constantly amazed. :eek: :)

I've held for the past couple weeks. The first week I know why - I didn't follow program properly. :eek: This week it was that time of the month. A gal still gains a bit or doesn't lose as much during that week. :rolleyes:

Ah, I don't envy you, there. I had my hysterectomy almost two years ago. One of the best things that's ever happened to me.

Back on the 2nd of May. They took my left ovary and fallopian tube, as well as excess scar tissue. Then there was the infection following that which led to three more surgeries between then and June 8th. :eek: *sigh*

Red's depressing rant - turn back, you've been warned.

I feel really yucky tonight. Depressed and hurt. I think my soul is crushed and I don't know how to fix it. Do you ever have that feeling that you simply aren't good enough, no matter how hard you try? No matter how hard you try to make yourself feel beautiful, look beautiful, be beautiful, in the end ... you're not. You are simply another person that is easily overshadowed by beauty? Beauty is in the eye of the beholder they say... what do you say when the beholder is yourself and you see another who you see beauty in and you find you lack it. Outer beauty, inner... it doesn't matter, you can't see your own for some reason. I wish a wish I have wished a thousand times... I wish I could see me with the eyes of another, because with my eyes... tonight I am just not good enough. I can't compete and I will fail and I will fall and I will be hurt, crushed, and destroyed... whose fault will it be? Mine. . .because I dared to think for a moment that I was special.

I know the feeling all too well hun! Much love and snuggles!
You are a very beautiful person, both inside and out! I wish there was some way I could show you what I see, what Mrs sees, when we look at you...The love, the compasion, the support, the caring that you represent...It cannot be said enough that you are a beautiful woman and very worthy of love, goodness and support!
:heart::rose::heart:

Red, you ARE special. And everybody here at Lit knows that. Don't run yourself down by even thinking you are not. :heart:
