Trying to relax and yet stay busy...

I've cut my drinking way back and staying busy keeps me away from my shots...

I'm doing well. I have a physical and annual blood work taking place tomorrow. I'll get to weigh in again, so that will be interesting since I just weighed in on Monday. lol.

I need to find a new Dr. for blood work and some meds...

I sure don't want to travel 45 minuets one way for a Dr. appointment and then back again for blood work...

I get measured and weighed again on the 15th and hope that I see more changes...

I don't blame you. My family doctor, who I see tomorrow, is only 20 min. away. The surgery doc is 3 hours away and I have to go there in Feb. That visit takes all of 15 min. and that's being generous. lol

Mine was 5 minutes away.

I asked for a referal but my Dr said that he didn't know anyone over here... Same county just a different city!

I also need to set up a follow up with my other Dr for my neck...

I need two scripts refilled and he hasn't returned the call from the pharmacy for two days...

Don't know what I'll feel like with out my Celebrex for the arthritis!

I did. It was one of the nicest we've had in a few years. A few stressful moments, but thankfully they all worked out okay.

It is going very well. I have a few issues with eggs and chicken right now, but all in all I don't have any problems with other foods. I am down 66 lbs.

I am very happy. I am excited too. I am so looking forward to this year. I can do so much already that I had struggled with before. Breathing, walking, climbing stairs. . . even sitting in restaurants is nicer. No longer do I worry if the table is bolted to the floor as well as the booths and I will have to squeeze myself in... I now slide in with no problems.

I sit in the waiting room chairs of the hair dressers and the optometrists office with no problems. Before I would only sit on the edge, if even then. My steering wheel column on the car is in its lowest position, not because I have to have it there, but because I can have it there and the steering wheel clears my tummy.

There are many things people don't realize they take for granted until they can't do these things... I treasure every new experience.
