I get to restart my work out today and I was below my caloric goal yesterday. :nana:

I'm doing well. I weigh in again tomorrow. I still get apprehensive about weighing in. I know eventually the 5lbs. a week will end and someday I won't have lost any. . . I dread that day, unless it is goal day. :)
