Supplements

I take different vitamins every day to keep me healthy, and of course, muscle supplements because I work out. Now that helps me stay healthy. They worked for me, and I saw that I started to lose weight faster, and my metabolism improved. I have always had problems with that, tho. It has also helped me improve my sleep and restore my workouts. It's hard to start practicing after a long break. I think you know what I mean.

It's all bullshit. They do nothing for you unless you actually need them and almost nobody does in the modern era. D is an exception.
Its marketing and nothing more.
