This was (I'm guessing) at Comic Con International in San Diego. Seems this kid "lost his dad in the crowd, and freaked out until he saw the Flash and Wonder Woman. He went up to the Flash to ask for help, because he knows him."

Lucky he didn't run up to one of those really creepy middle aged comic fans that still live in their mom's basement and fantasize about sex with comic book characters. They are out there.
