My wife has never worn a bra with a sundress, but she always wears some kind of panties.

Has society changed the rules for wearing Sundresses? When I was younger, the 'rule' was no bra and panties, not even a thong under your sundress. Lately I see young ladies with panty lines and bra straps showing. What gives???
